How do you normally work with clients?

I work on retainers. My shortest retainer is 3 months. Most builds follow a general rhythm:


Onboarding and strategy.
Building.
Reviewing, refining, and optimizing.

That said, every business is different. Some systems are simple. Some are… not. Timelines can adjust based on complexity and what you already have in place.

What types of services do you offer on retainer?

My services are built around my Build to Grow system. It really depends what stage you are at, but my services are 100% focused on building automations (nurture journeys, pipelines, landing pages, SMS texts, email drip campaigns) and organic lead growth (SEO & Social Content).

Do you offer SEO or social media management?

I don't manage your website or social media account, but I provide you with the strategy you need to execute it properly. We build 90 day roadmaps with monthly content plans and a system for you to easily upload all your content at once.

These are long-term retainers with a minimum of 9 months; however I don't offer them unless I know you have a strong foundation in place. Do you have a system for more leads? What do you do once you get them?

SEO takes time. Real traction usually starts around the 90-day mark, and consistent ranking growth happens over months, not weeks. Social and content strategies follow the same principle. These are organic growth levers, not quick fixes.

How often do we meet each month?

We meet bi-weekly via Google Meet. Between calls, I’m available via email. You won’t be left guessing what’s happening or what’s next.

How does payment work?

I accept ACH only.

You’ll receive an invoice each month. Work does not continue unless the invoice has been paid. Simple, clean, no awkward follow-ups.

How much do your services cost?

I offer set retainer rates based on the type of build, complexity, and engagement length. Pricing is discussed after your discovery call once I understand what you actually need (not what you think you need).

How do I start working with you?

Start by booking a discovery call.

We’ll spend about 30 minutes reviewing:

Your current marketing challenges

What systems you’re using now

Where things feel messy, stuck, or unclear

From there, I’ll recommend a retainer and next steps. If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a contract and invoice.

What happens after I sign and pay?

We schedule onboarding—usually the longest and most important meeting.

I typically come in with a general plan, but onboarding is where we really dig into your business. Sometimes the plan stays exactly the same. Sometimes we adjust (that’s normal and healthy).

After onboarding:

I present a clear plan of action

We outline what I’ll need from you for the build

We start working through the pieces

Sometimes we get everything we need in one session. Sometimes there is a little homework.
