"All marketing is content marketing—it’s simply about cultivating it in a way that truly resonates with the right audience." - Amanda
I help small and mid-sized service-based businesses move from scattered, unclear marketing to a clear brand and a reliable flow of leads — without overwhelm or guesswork.
Many business owners do great work, but their messaging, visibility, and systems don’t reflect it. Marketing feels inconsistent, AI sounds promising but confusing, and it’s hard to know what actually matters.

My approach to marketing was shaped long before I ever worked in marketing. From an early an age I moved a lot and quickly learned that what feels normal to one person can feel completely foreign to another. Context matters. Perspective matters. And very few things are truly black and white.
That understanding followed me into my 15 year career. I’ve worked in scrappy small businesses where marketing meant doing everything, in large organizations with layers of process and regulation, and in fast-moving agencies supporting national brands.
Across all of it, I saw the same pattern: marketing breaks down when it loses sight of the human on the other side. I founded Content Cultivate, to bring those experiences together.
I’m drawn to performance and endurance — Spartan races, climbing peaks, bike races, 10Ks, and daily training. Not because I love intensity (okay maybe a little!), but because I believe in pushing yourself. Small incremental pushes that don't feel overwhelming for the next 30 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes.
That mindset shapes how I approach marketing. I don’t chase trends or overbuild systems. I focus on what matters, create structure that lasts, and build momentum one thoughtful step at a time.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress you can sustain.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my husband, Leo, and our master of mischief, Loki dog (official chaos coordinator). I’m an enthusiastic home cook, devoted fiction reader, frequent hiker, curious traveler, and deeply committed coffee enthusiast—with just enough foodie tendencies to be dangerous.
If there’s good food involved, a scenic trail nearby, or a strong cup of coffee in hand, I’m probably very happy… and already planning the next adventure.
Now that you know how I think and work, let’s talk about what this could look like for your business. Explore the solutions we build together.
